To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都有好幾個月冇嚟食呀自從搬咗屋，今日好想食，就嚟食迴轉壽司啦，紅磡黃埔呢一間都算多人，晏晝到下午茶時段其實都係要排隊攞飛咁樣，都排咗差唔多十分鐘先有位，坐低來開手機點餐咁我哋梗係狂點啦，最後呢我哋點咗好多樣嘢嘅如下圖所見喇，十幾樣嘢咁壽司方面係新鮮好味，但我哋最鐘意係個個巨型帆立貝同埋極上二段大拖羅，呢個有拖羅同埋吞拿魚蓉呀，所以口感係好好特別。最後我哋都嗌咗兩個甜品去做結尾嘅一個係朱古力味，另一個就cheesecake。朱古力味嗰個呢就好勁朱古力味， cheesecake 就好重海鹽味都幾特別好食。唔錯既。
