To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完街特別想食壽司，今日選擇左屯明元氣壽司😂唔洗等好耐就有位喇😝食壽司前我就會先食熱食野，芝士薯條🍟薯條熱辣辣超脆口加埋芝士落去，炸雞軟骨都係超香口👍🏻麵豉湯味道正常。重頭戲壽司黎喇，炙燒三文魚腩好味，好肥美，食落口感唔錯，燒汁牛肉好重薑味味道😝我地叫左6件玉子壽司，果然係我地係玉子控😅蒲燒鰻魚完全冇骨，非常好👌蟹籽沙律好多沙律醬超岩我，帆立貝同赤海蝦超新鮮，個樣好肥美，食落都覺得係新鮮，吞拿魚刺身食落好甜🥰最後每人一個手卷已經超級飽
