To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日報紙見介紹牛肉飯,心血來潮想食牛,所以LUNCH決定食好耐冇食過嘅牛肉丼飯~日式牛肉飯 $24可能因為好耐冇食過, 食起黎有上癮情況,牛肉汁甜甜地多於鹹, 又d有牛肉嘅油香同味冧香,加埋比較甜又煙韌嘅珍珠米, 甜到一口接一口,牛肉亦有好香油香同味冧香, 甜甜地, 可惜d有韌, 不然整個飯完美照燒雞扒拉麪 $24昌式部嘅野可真不錯,雖然雞扒肉質煮得過龍左D,有D實,不過配照燒汁真係perfect match,拉麪就係一般煮嘅即食日本拉麪, 煙韌的,不過湯夠鹹, 有種豬骨湯味, 唔錯紅燒牛腩湯麪 $26牛腩汁嘅湯底, 令麪都食到牛肉同滷水味,先舀一匙湯, 放一抽麪, 然後放入口,鹹油香完全化入味蕾~牛腩夠肥美, 肥瘦比例1:1嚼韌嘅瘦肉時亦有脂肪補充滑口感,最正係牛腩帶有牛筋添~
