To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過流沙奶黃包

好多時候去酒樓食點心，我都一定會帶奶黃流沙包，不過真係唔係度度都有流沙嘅奶皇包。好多時候去食，都係有一Pat奶黃醬喺個包度，就話自己流沙。但係呢一間酒樓嘅流沙奶皇包真係好出色，佢唔單止超級流沙，而且係爆出嚟㗎。材料好充足，絕無偷工減料。其他嘢都好好食，例如我最愛嘅牛肉球，佢真係有牛肉味㗎而且你會食到少少芫荽。然後有一個吸曬味嘅腐竹喺底，真係不能錯過。我哋又食到佢嘅叉燒腸粉，不過就覺得好一般。佢個蜂巢芋頭酥，都好唔錯，不過趕住食就冇影到相。如果咁啱去石門飲茶，不妨可以試吓佢哋嘅點心，大眾價錢來講又唔算貴。
