To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過元氣，今晚到鑽石山荷里活廣場分店，高速線方便快捷，手機QR Code落order好快送到。今晚都食咗好多款壽司🍣，赤貝、極上厚切鰻魚、真鯛配柚子鹽、赤海蝦、燒珍寶皇帝蟹棒、芥辣八爪魚、海膽墨魚、北寄貝沙律、帆立貝配柑橘汁、豪華軍艦三點、北寄貝、腐皮、帆立貝配夏柑汁、日向柑橘白蝦卷、厚燒玉子芝士味，最後還有甜品千層蛋糕。以上壽司比較喜歡吃爽口赤貝，肥美厚切鰻魚，鮮甜美味帆立貝，日向柑橘白蝦卷味道特別，唔少得千層蛋糕，甜度適中。平時每次排隊都排好耐，今次終於畀我等到。😉元気寿司地址: 鑽石山龍蟠街3號荷里活廣場3樓320D號舖
