細佬响英國番黎渡假,點都要俾呢條皇帝脷品評一下港產啤酒。我唔係第一次黎Tap and Ale Project,啤酒menu裡面嘅種類就唔多講,因為實在太多,不過都可以介紹下我地飲嘅呢兩隻:Young Master Celebration Ale: 呢隻porter味道濃郁, 層次豐富. 聞起來有肉桂, 豆蔻, 充滿聖誕嘅香氣. 入口順滑, 先來香料, 烘麥包, 果仁, 焦糖等層次, 最後回甘, 口感醇厚, 係非常有誠意嘅啤酒. Young Master Rye on Wood: 用蕎麥打造嘅啤酒, 麥味香濃, 呈暗橙色. 入口有焦糖跟麥麵團嘅口味, 酵母嘅微酸亦有帶出, 槐花味道甘苦而突出.眼見細佬一度飲一度點頭,就知水準有番咁上下,同英國嘅有得fight。今次主要係講佢哋嘅黃金薯條 - 呢壇嘢超惡毒,粗薯條外脆內軟呢啲咁行嘅嘢就唔再講啦,個黃金沙炒得好滑,冇油蛋分離,均勻包住每一條薯條,冇油淋淋, 唔過鹹又唔膩,送酒首選。第一次去嘅時候我問老闆,點解唔開响香島區要响旺角呢啲本土蒲點開業,有冇擔心客源唔夠。今次再黎,我哋好彩去到啱啱有位,坐落之後,人來人往,仲要排隊添,客人有本地有竹昇
