To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友係英國番黎好耐無見 而聽其他人講話牛角個lunch 好抵食咁就去試下我哋每人買咗一個午市套餐B佢跟餐有兩款肉 白飯 沙律 湯 飲品其實都好多野食牛肋肉+丹麥皇冠豚扒 (燒肉汁) $82 肩脊肉+豚肉 (鹽燒) $82我同朋友一齊share 黎食 牛肋肉同肩背肉 食落差唔多唔講都分唔出兩隻肉邊隻打邊隻牛肋肉口感稍微軟身一d 而另一隻就比較un🤔豚肉就無咩特別 肥瘦適中值得一讚嘅係丹麥豚扒 佢睇落無咩脂肪 諗住佢會好硬好un 點知佢出奇地林 而且唔硬 🥴要吐糟一下嘅係 鹽燒嘅肉非常之鹹 😑如果醃嘅時間短啲可能會好食好多🤔
