今日同男朋友喺旺角行街行到10點幾先肚餓,於是諗住去油麻地搵食,行過呢間私房菜,店員好殷勤話呢間舖頭係新開,10點之後宵夜時段仲有特價,見到都幾多人嗌小菜飲酒,於是試吓。呢張就係宵夜餐牌,同正價餐牌格格價,淨係豉椒炒蜆都平$20,確係抵食!而家新開張仲送小食,梗係要嗌支大藍妹啤啤佢!見到碟小食份量咁多已經有賺咗嘅感覺,涼菜有芫荽、蒜頭、辣椒調味,惹味到不得之好!一開始已經食唔停口。店員力推招牌菜冰鎮鮮果黑豚咕嚕肉,一上菜已經嘩一聲!啲乾冰煙真係謀殺菲林!食入口真係驚為天人,係我食過最好食嘅咕嚕肉!首先唔會好似一舊炸粉沾滿甜酸醬,立痴痴、硬骨骨,而係薄薄一層啱啱好,啱啱煮好嘅咕嚕肉用冰鎮着,糖漿即時冷卻,更加脆口。豬肉好嫩滑,同炸粉相連,一脆一嫩,送飯一流!值得一提嘅係連啲鮮果都好好食!種着好有心,出嚟問我哋覺得點,佢仲話佢哋唔係用一般炸粉,而係用米糠包住黑豚肉,同一般餐廳做法唔同,咁有心思,難怪咁好食!師傅話同一做法酒店要三百幾蚊,呢度只係$148!真心大推。呢個酥炸蠔餅,炸得勁靚,一睇就知好食,一樣係炸粉唔會過厚,亦都唔會過分油膩,真係好酥脆。好食過好多潮州老店。因為好鍾意食鹹蛋嘅關

因為好鍾意食鹹蛋嘅關係,忍唔住又叫埋黃金蝦,炸到蛋漿包得啱啱好,唔會太濕太乾!最令我欣賞嘅係佢搣走晒蝦腳、觸鬚同眼,唔使你落手搣咁麻煩,可以成隻就咁夾嚟食!哈哈都算正常size,肉質好爽!

食咗咁多炸嘢,梗係要食返啲菜,叫咗個鹹魚蓉飛天通菜煲,鑊氣十足,啲菜煮得啱啱好,好嫩,唔會食到有渣,而且唔會成口油,煮得啱啱好。

總括而言,嗌左四味餸,四味都好好食,係我近年食過最好食嘅小菜,而且價錢一啲都唔貴,宵夜時段仲有特價,同三五知己嚟飲酒食小菜真係一種享受。

10日前先開張,種着同啲店員都好緊張食蟹嘅意見,好用心介紹啲菜式,比到我哋賓至如歸嘅感覺,而家好少食店咁用心,總廚仲帶我地上2樓睇睇宴會廳,仲同我地介紹有私房菜食,菜單好吸引最平只係三百幾蚊一位,有機會一定要來支持下!
