To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過既豬扒味道

黎到九龍城又比較夜, 都無點搵野食就揀左銀龍食, 諗住速食一個晚餐不過真係比較失望。點左個晚餐黑椒汁豬扒飯，熱檸檬茶。呢個豬扒既口感真係唔岩我口味，食落肉質口感比預期差，唔好味，感覺有點肉太硬既口感。而白飯都唔夠軟熟，成個配搭出黎既賣相同口感都係失望。熱檸檬茶就算係正常既茶記味道，沒有甚麼特別。呢個晚餐價錢食呢個質素就真係唔值了，因為豬扒唔岩我口味之下，成個餐其實已經沒咩好食，只係仲有火腿叫做係正常既味道。真係唔會再食了。。。
