我試咗丸京拉麵,有3塊真叉燒同3塊叉燒。我理解嘅真叉燒應該係用慢煮方式去處理,但唔知點解我碗拉麵嘅兩種叉燒,無論外表 口感 味道都好相似,除咗其中一種個邊有少少燒過嘅痕跡。雖然兩款叉燒相似,但其實味道都唔錯,好嫩滑,薄薄地仲好容易沾d湯一齊食。☝🏽麵係幼身嘅,不過不失☝🏽蛋太咸了,加上我又食濃湯,我啪完隻蛋就即刻隊左成杯水😹 而且煮蛋嘅火喉似乎要改善,外層熟到變淺黃啦☝🏽不過店面真係比較細,坐得有d逼☝🏽食食吓有d熱,舖頭有冰涼嘅水,加返d分✅
