To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好友生日, 我們二人也是嗜蟹之人, 明知这裡一蟹索價不菲, 但眼見好評如潮又是好友生日, 貴一點就貴一點, 決定 "括" 出去, 可是失望而回. 我們點了花鵰蒸蟹, 九層塔辣椒膏炒蜆, 蝦子蝦油慢煮琵琶蝦及話梅肉桂糖醋排骨. 點菜后, 不消5分鐘炒蜆已上桌, 接著是琵琶蝦, 除了糖醋排骨, 其餘3款餸給我的感覺是整定, 到客人點菜后加熱上枱. 2人 埋單 $1700, 这個是我預期的價格, 但水準卻不是預期的水準, 說實这餐生日飯挺掃興, 不會有下次了.
