To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔係第一次去尚善,但就第一次試午餐星期日路經上環搵食,記得朋友話午餐好抵食好抵食,打電話去問原來星期日都有午餐定食,咁就上去試下啦我地叫左牛肉定食,壽司定食同海膽三文魚子定食,全部都好味。12件壽司加埋麵豉湯蒸旦都係$260,全完係連鎖壽司店價錢,高級壽司既品質,好新鮮好正!個海膽魚子飯,大大件海膽 +三文魚子+ 飯放入口個一種好滿足既感覺,但係食到最後唔夠飯配魚子時覺得魚子略略略咸走時見隔離檯剛上魚生定食,我即時嘩左出來、大盤魚生厚切好吸引,仲有西京燒銀雪魚都好吸引,下次下次一定一定要試!

個海膽魚子飯,大大件海膽 +三文魚子+ 飯放入口個一種好滿足既感覺,但係食到最後唔夠飯配魚子時覺得魚子略略略咸

走時見隔離檯剛上魚生定食,我即時嘩左出來、大盤魚生厚切好吸引,仲有西京燒銀雪魚都好吸引,下次下次一定一定要試!
