朋友特別喜歡吃沙律,所以今天就中午同她來了The Grill Room吃半自助餐。這裡有多款沙律任吃,仲可以將蔬菜放入木盆,再自己搭配調料。我最中意的一款是融合了青菜,番茄,芒果,洋蔥,黃瓜,玉米和醃肉,五顏六色,酸甜可口,特別吸引人,由於無限量任吃,我們都吃了好幾盤。仲有燒雞翅,烤雞塊,薯條,檸檬草莓蛋糕甜品,肉醬多士和通粉都是任吃!脆皮豬腩 伴香草燒菠蘿 配日式洋蔥汁厚實的脆皮豬腩肉,外皮焦脆焦黃,肥瘦相間,肉質鮮美肥嫩多汁,融化在舌尖上,留下濃郁的豬油香氣。搭配爽甜的香草燒菠蘿片和酸甜的洋蔥,肥而不膩酸甜可口!豬腩下面還另有玄機,居然有薄一層炒飯吸收了各種味道真是絕佳的搭配!香草蕃茄醬青口扁意粉熱騰騰的扁意粉的軟滑柔順,完全被濃郁醇厚的香草和蕃茄醬汁包裹住,香氣撲面而來,青口的鮮甜帶點酸味,多層次的口感和味道組合!香煎雞卷配蒜蓉西蘭花苗雞肉巧妙地卷成一團團,甚是好看,外皮有點焦酥,肉質細膩鮮美,咬下去肉汁順滑入口,嫩滑中帶有一絲絲咬勁。蒜蓉西蘭花苗碧綠鮮嫩,清脆可口,淋上蒜香調味更加提味,同雞卷的鮮美多汁相得益彰!
