同屋企人慶祝生日就黎左呢間法國餐廳。好彩有book枱,因為去到都已經8成滿座。以中環市區黎講,佢既view真係幾靚,仲可以企出去balcony飲野。餐牌有兩個set選擇,但我地都揀左有A4和牛個款。總共有9個course:Sea urchin: 用炸脆左既紫菜包住海膽,加左少少wasabi,海膽好鮮又夠凍,食落好清新。跟住上左麵包,有得搽飛魚子牛油同紫菜牛油,個人覺得飛魚子牛油好味啲Kaluga caviar: 魚生配魚子同芝士醬,魚生正常味道,魚子真係好鮮同有少少煙韌,芝士醬好重奶味,偏甜既Langoustine: 海蝦係全晚最好食既,蝦煮成半熟,配翻微酸甜既香油Organic cauliflower: 椰菜花同椰菜花蓉配上忌廉泡沫Turbot: 魚配洋蔥忌廉泡沫,魚好滑Wagyu beef A4: 望落好生既牛肉,但食落又冇覺得好生,好重牛味但唔太覺得係去到A4級數,可以整得再香口少少Muscat grape: 酒釀提子配糯米,紅莓雪芭中和翻酒味Soy milk: Arbot既signature,豆奶布甸配翻脆片同脆米,比較港式既味道Madeleine: 好香既小蛋糕,中和翻甜品既
