Hong Kong Style Fast Food Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為今日趕住去搭船，所以喺信德中心食晚飯。揀左呢間Deli O，之後先發現原來係美心集團，加上食物質素非常一般，馬上覺得快餐店都收咁貴，好唔抵。日式咖喱和牛漢堡飯：味道可以，日式咖哩汁好難整得好難食。但塊漢煲好細塊，女士食可以覺得份量可以，但如果男人食應該覺得太細。蕃茄芝士焗雞扒飯：塊雞扒好似雪左好耐咁，好難食，蕃茄加芝士汁味道還可以，不過塊雞扒真係好差，扣哂分！早知食其他快餐店都無咁嬲！飲品就叫左凍檸茶同熱奶茶，因為係連鎖快餐店關係，唔會太難飲。
