To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為間餐廳係我屋企附近，所以都有去食幾次。初頭都覺得OK，因為都只係去食個早餐同埋下午茶。但前日去食lunch，點個是日午餐（首先先講明先，佢每日都有唔同嘅lunch餐，真係好麻煩），原本以為係鹹魚蒸肉餅，點知係一舊舊嘅鹹魚「煎」肉餅，仲要無鹹魚味，連鹹魚都無。咁我都算，當我眼殘。點知佢好L油，成個盆都係油，仲要淨係得個三塊餅，每塊都淨係差唔多3cm咁大塊，碗飯就幾勺，個下真係好嬲。個餐加埋野飲用左我$60幾，完全唔值。服務生態度都好差。如果唔係逼不得已我誤會再去呢間野作賤自己銀包。
