To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人已經係創發食過好多次,每之也覺得無問題,所以平均每1-2個月會去食一次. 但5月27日晚上約7.30-8.30再去,2個人叫左倉魚($80), 肉碎粥($50),凍龍蝦一隻,啤酒($20), 全部味道都OK,3個前菜中有個魚仔都好食,不過咸菜就太咸, 伴粥食都太咸.我ORDER凍龍蝦時有問過創發內伙記凍龍蝦幾多錢,當時伙記回答: 好平,有限錢,咁細隻. 結帳共$540, 發現果隻得6舊肉,約8寸長的凍龍蝦是$300一隻, 但我一年半哉前都食過一次,當時是$150一隻.......加價了一陪無論係伙記有心定無心攪錯單,定係物價騰價,佢迫住加價,我都唔會再幫親.
