有朋自遠方來,當然要好好款待,每次都食煲仔飯,都有點悶,所以來點突破,食香港特式芝士雞鍋 (因為我唔食辣,所以唔食麻辣雞煲),聽聞係參考韓國的步隊鍋,再加入香港人熱愛食雞煲既習性,加點創意,研發出黎既,都係聽屋企人講幾好食,所以一齊試一試。早一日就BOOK左太子店,本身諗住食第一間主店長沙灣,但唔近朋友既酒店,所以都係選擇地點較方便既太子店。好易揾,太子站E出口2 分鐘到,我朋友早過我到,台灣人找到地方能力超強。座位既間格唔錯,原來仲可以BOOK 房,不過我地得三個人就唔得LA。我地食6點,可能早都未FULL,不過到7點半就開始有等位既人龍。一坐底就立即點左個芝士火鍋,原來仲有好多配料可以點呢個黃金芝士,雖然我唔知用左幾多種芝士,但好濃味,又唔會好濟,D雞好嫩,我好中意食有骨既肉,真係好正,我諗食左6-7件....之後我地就跟店員推介叫左好多,朋友遠道而來,要食就食好D黑松露蟹子魚面, 呢個係店員推介,最新出,138蚊有D貴,但估唔到真係好好食,應該要一開始落,成個煲都有黑松露味,之後既食物都濃味左。魚面好彈牙,比一般既更有咬口,食得出有好多料,估有墨魚,蟹同魚,好豐富既味道,旁邊既黑

真係好足料,煮完之後,竹笙真係好入味,D墨魚滑好彈牙,都係好好食。


其實仲叫左鮮製四拼餃,台灣人好鍾意食香港餃,佢話個皮唔同,呢料餃粒粒都咁大粒,好足料,仲叫左娃娃菜同鮮菇拼盤。真係好多,但都食曬,我地呢三個女仔係唔簡單的。
