To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚放工諗唔到食咩，女朋友話不如落樓下大家樂打邊爐啦，心諗:都好，唔洗自己整，又唔算貴，就咁話。叫左個" 花尾龍躉極尚鮮火鍋盛宴"，另外再加左一碟豬肉。龍躉得2舊就真係少左d, 不過就出奇地幾好食，幾爽口同彈牙。蝦同尤魚都係每樣一舊，但都算新鮮。菜類黎講，除左個南瓜有d苦之外其他都正常。肥牛就真係唔得喇，首先佢未解好凍，等左好耐先食到，食落得雪味，少少牛味都無，唔掂。。另外豬肉就不過不失啦。總括黎講，$100唔駛可以夠兩個人食，食物質素正正常常，又唔洗自己準備，大家樂堂食又有醬果d自己撈下，落樓下就有得即刻食，都ok啦。
