To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經想試茶木的蜜糖磚好耐，今日終於有人得閒同我一齊去食由於係假期，下午四點幾都很多人在等位。但可能兩個人，不算等得太耐，只等了十五分鐘便有位。我地今次嘗試了藍莓味的蜜糖磚，由落單都上菜，等左差不多半個鐘。 面包烘得夠脆,面頭仲搽左蜜糖,但又唔覺得太甜。面包可以點cream同雪糕食,仲有藍莓醬,估唔到面包同雪糕係咁夾,但真係好肥，又雪糕又cream, 兩個人食一份都飽。我本身其實係一個好驚食太甜嘅人,但我都覺得依個蜜糖磚好食
