To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超鍾意食車仔麵，尋日喺銅鑼灣食完今日又去尖沙咀食，特登上網睇尖沙咀車仔麵邊間好食，心儀左兩間最後揀咗永年，初頭都好驚因為睇過啲食評話態度差，我好怕啲態度差嘅，但係睇到啲相，見到有鳳爪又想試吓喎。最後都去咗。一開頭喺出面排咗大約5分鐘等入去，跟住之後嗌嘢食，都係有個收銀機仲有個職員坐喺度咁樣叫嘅，最後坐低自己搵位同埋去攞嘢食大部份都係自助服務，所以都冇咩接觸餐廳員工。感覺沒有什麼特別好或者特別差。不過食物就很開心很有驚喜，因為個面好入味，個湯底好好飲，叫咗豬腸，豬腸好食，叫咗鳳爪，鳳爪好食。墨魚卷就冇乜驚喜。11蚊嘅肥牛得3小塊。仲有叫咗個手工嘅韭菜餃，我覺得有個餃啲硬。不過個面我叫咗油面配埋個湯，豬腸同鳳爪都好好味。會再去試其他唔同嘅餸款。
