To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講咗結論先：普通茶餐廳嘅椒鹽豬扒飯sure win唔使幫襯呢間 仲要收成八十幾蚊六點去到 坐低落單 椒鹽豬扒炒飯唔使三分鐘 碟飯已經整好上枱明顯所有食材都係一早整定 有柯打就悉熱（最諷刺係牆上仲寫住即叫即做要等三四個字）講返碟飯飯還飯 豬扒還豬扒 椒鹽還椒鹽三樣嘢完全冇融合豬扒冇底味 亦上唔到椒鹽 唔熱只係暖好明顯一早整定 椒鹽（炸蒜蓉椒絲） 一上枱係幾香 但一得食落口 哇鹹到苦 炒飯底 乾身但冇鑊氣想個腎有事或者想比高價食低水準食物可以幫襯下
