To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫咗個煎餃炸蝦羅宋湯通粉,真係好難食。先唔講賣相,啲煎餃炸蝦唔分開上,直接浸入個湯到,咁仲煎黎做咩,炸黎做咩,都算。啲餃子炸蝦都唔知擺咗幾耐,表果浸完全係凍既,更加唔好話個通粉啦⋯⋯本身已經中咗一次伏,不過唔熟美孚,無咩選擇,先焗住黎食。真係無下次
