3月尾 去了 港畔餐廳自助晚餐。話好食又唔係 😅話唔好食又唔係🤣 食物品質 係靚。唔知係唔係我唔識食 我覺得無味道 不是原本 雞有雞味 魚有魚味 , 好似 蒸龍蝦 又要給客人之前 又要 用滾水浸過水旺旺 給客人食 本身有味都變了無味 無啦浸水 蒸籠跟本夠熱蒸好的時間,拖羅 及三文魚 不太好 無甚麽味道,熱盤 切牛朳 好味。羊架 不過不失。鵝肝 蒸做法 太多鵝肝油 ,可能要傳統做法煎才好味。最少 煎D鵝油就出來 當然新做法 各有特色又唔知點解有豬腳薑 🤣🤣 豬腳就好大隻最好味 係雪糕個人口味不同
