To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到見到門面ok，入面人都唔係少，抱住一試心態，真係無諗過咁難食外賣叫左芝士撈麵，人蔘雞，薯條雞扒。芝士麵好淋，成pat野，味道難食，食完第一啖懷疑人生，食多啖果斷放棄，完全唔想花quota係呢兜野上面，而上面塊雞無咁差，表現尚算正常。人蔘雞湯無人蔘味，雞比唔入味之餘，仲要好鞋，白烚咁款無味，完全唔值，外面啲包裝好既人蔘雞湯好味過佢好多薯條同雞扒炸得太勁，硬得滯。整體而言，伏到不得了，唔會再幫襯。
