長期長龍的simply life,係18:09去到太古城,終於食到。不過要坐bar檯,初頭唸住岩我八卦性格可以睇住廚師煮餸,不過抽風做得麻麻,廚房油煙搞到我鼻敏感發作。成餐飯不停打噴嚏,十個喊。叫左個扒,一碟粉,set餐選橙茶,同沙律。沙律新鮮爽口,但食到底覺得個醬汁有點濃。扒餐男朋友食既,見我完全食唔落個粉,可憐我,切左D比我。肉ok的,肉質tender,有汁,唔駛落太多調味都ok。不過煎得唔好,表面無焦脆,裡面太生。我叫的是medium well......之後講返個好難食意粉,個汁不知所謂,我覺得係材料不新鮮,有臭蝦味。上碟有一隻大蝦,幾隻蝦仔,煎到乾曬,真係非筆墨能形容的難食。D 粉又淋又軟,雖則我食得慢,都都不至於食第一啖就淋bear bear。之後好客氣同經理講難食,經理講一大堆呢個餸係龍蝦汁加ABCDF......煮成的,係會比你平時食既濃味少少。我非什麼大食家,但有正常脷既應該都會覺得難食。成餐得個蛋糕係好味的,香蕉tart,但呢D中央叫貨既嘢,正常味也是應該吧。
