To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五晚上入座時見到得兩枱客都已經心感不妙。不過諗住快食一餐本著求其醫飽個肚就無謂再去搵其他野食。首先，嗌咗Beef lasagna佢哋竟然話冇芝士，問我介唔介意，我話Beef lasagna 冇芝士咁淨係得千層麵同埋肉醬？佢哋話只係上面冇芝士碎都仲食得，其實港運城入邊都有超級市場，有冇可能做星期五晚市可以冇芝士？anyway 仔仔想食咁照叫冇辨法。之後我嗌咗個沙律同埋薯條，佢哋話冇薯仔同埋薯條，所兩樣都冇，我就決定放棄，冇再嗌其他嘢食。個beef lasagna 上枱係超級熱，伴碟嘅薯蓉焗到亁晒又冇味，而因為冇碎芝士嘅關係個千層焗到好脆，完全唔知自己食緊啲乜嘢。近來劣食之最非alfafa 莫屬
