To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我 去咗呢間酒樓好多次㗎啦， 但係因為係喺屋企樓下所以成日都要去食。 我不嬲都好唔鍾意食嗰間嘢㗎 但係因為 朝早冇嘢食先迫不得意食佢嗰間嘢。 第一，貴， 貴過平時嗰啲酒樓。 第二， 食物難食。 之前我係唔鍾意食蝦餃嘅， 但係食咗一間嘅蝦餃之後呢我就好鍾意食， 當然唔係呢間。 呢間啲蝦餃好難食。之後當我食咗佢Ｄ蝦餃後，就唔鐘意食蝦餃了。佢Ｄ蝦餃好多肥肉。
