鮨心於同廈一樓啟業的時候已經被喻為旺角區少有高質料理店,現在更上一層樓,二樓的鮨心。旬節只做廚師發辦,現在有要求的旺角達人便無需跨區覚食了。廚師發板午餐晚餐相同,五款選擇,價錢由$600起,最豐富的只是$1200。我們選了實惠的椿,每位$800,今晚打算輕身一點。先付前菜一點也不馬虎,有五款,看來精緻。水雲山芋蓉味清酸,口感滑溜。銀魚青椒香脆銀魚提升整體味道。魷魚配大根柔韌與爽口的配搭。螢光魷魚水菜水滑與翠嫩的組合。千島天婦羅蝦適當的西日糅合,炸蝦爽甜香脆。枝豆蕃薯豆腐口感有點糯,對我來說一般。刺身三點每款皆花上一點心思。粒貝配沖繩海鹽爽甜的粒貝,蘸以海鹽,輕輕地被提味。赤牡丹蝦配櫻花蝦碎兩層口感,櫻花蝦碎添香惹。拖羅厚切肥美料理一品冷玉子,即是凍蒸蛋,螢光魷魚在面頭,內藏帶子粒。握之壽司三貫全部已經預先調味,不用加豉油及芥末。壽司紮實,米飯圓渾,赤目張魚種比較少有,赤身、北海道海膽永不會令人失望。多送一款海棉玉子,鮮美幼滑。吸物蜆肉麵鼓湯,細細碗湯都有六七粒蜆仔,粒粒肥大,湯清甜。甜點頭尾相喚,同樣有五款。選取博多的士多啤梨,鮮甜多汁,琦玉琵琶,香爽甜美。櫻花餅現在正是櫻花盛放時,櫻
