喺元朗雞地附近有間食串燒好似幾正,行過聞到好香,比吸引左去食。點左啲串燒,包括燒牛脷、燒鴨舌、燒白鱔、掌心雷、燒雞翼、雞軟骨、雞脾肉、雞腎、波蘿、花枝丸、龍蝦丸,仲有時令大蝦。首先講下串燒的質素,全部即叫即燒,火喉岩岩好,唔會overcook,同埋調味、醬汁都用得幾好,唔會得個咸字或無野。特別推介時令大蝦,size大之餘仲要爆膏,肉質爽口有蝦味。燒白鱔,肉身都幾厚身,燒到保持白鱔肉汁之餘肉質爽口彈牙。燒雞翼,食串燒必點。調味調得好,燒到個皮好香脆,又能鎖住肉汁。燒菠蘿,超甜,仲要去埋皮,咬落去爆曬汁,一定要試。
