To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同兩老嚟食個late lunch🫖觀塘食點心要冇截單就揀呢度🥢環境唔似茶樓,比較似新式茶記🤣但算舒適嘅!平均每樣都要$40-$50都唔算平🥹不過都值得一試,好多fusion嘅點心!質素都唔錯~特别講幾樣好食嘅特色點心✨松露野菌晶瑩餃($38),外觀係紫藍色,嚟到都仲係熱辣辣,個皮幾軟熟彈牙,餡都足料👍🏻一口鹹水角($38),好似兩粒大魚蛋咁串起咗,幾特別,不過比一般嘅鹹水角濃味少少🤏🏻燒汁肥牛腸粉($54),講真只係抱着試一試嘅心態,因為腸粉嚟講佢都算幾貴😿佢得意嘅地方就係將平時食嘅肥牛變咗做佢嘅餡料,正常新奇但唔會再試🫡呢間點心店出名嘅係有唔同配搭嘅燒賣!甜梅菜扣肉啦、粟米肉粒啦、沙嗲牛頸脊啦⋯好多都好想試🥹雖然都真係幾貴🥹今次除咗普通嘅懷舊燒賣($40四粒)之外,試咗鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣($42三粒),新奇得意值得一試嘅,識落有少少似燒賣皮包住粒爆鹹蛋黃汁嘅墨魚丸😂其他點心質素都正常發揮,不過如果想普通飲茶嘅話最好去返酒樓飲🤣我屋企兩位老人家都有一位唔係咁接受fusion點心😂

松露野菌晶瑩餃($38),外觀係紫藍色,嚟到都仲係熱辣辣,個皮幾軟熟彈牙,餡都足料👍🏻


一口鹹水角($38),好似兩粒大魚蛋咁串起咗,幾特別,不過比一般嘅鹹水角濃味少少🤏🏻


燒汁肥牛腸粉($54),講真只係抱着試一試嘅心態,因為腸粉嚟講佢都算幾貴😿佢得意嘅地方就係將平時食嘅肥牛變咗做佢嘅餡料,正常新奇但唔會再試🫡
