好認同另一篇負評嘅標題 好食但係都係西平日12點幾出去買外賣,買完之後我一直企喺舖頭外面冇行開過,仲要企得好近,都一路有留意住有冇叫我號碼。一直未等到,但係都無啦啦可能聽到有啲後過自己嘅號碼都有。咁我都冇催嘅,因為有時都明白未必一定順號碼,大家叫嘅嘢食唔同,加上食飯時間都好忙嘅。但係阿姐衝出嚟嗌某啲number,聲稱話已經叫咗好多次,我見有啲當事人個樣都好愕然,個個都心9諗咁嘅樣,應該心諗都冇聽過佢叫,亦都有人話冇聽到阿姐叫,咁阿姐都係堅稱全部都嗌過好多次,係你哋聽唔到啫。好啦,呢個時候我直接剷咗入去問阿姐攞啦,相信我嗰個應該都係「叫咗好多次,我聽唔到」。咁阿姐喺佢個好多外賣嘅櫃入面摷俾我啦,見佢都摷到好入先有嘅。咁我都完全冇出聲,因為都費事同佢拗,拗嚟都冇意思。點知遞咗袋外賣俾我之後,阿姐都好大聲好惡咁樣同我講,叫咗好多次㗎喇!我哋全部外賣都叫咗好多次!你係唔係行開咗?我同佢講我一直都企喺門口。雞係好食嘅,只不過其實有冇必要個客都冇同你算帳或者話你,都仲要死撐呢?其實有時有啲嘢唔使講到咁死嘅,我都唔會100%肯定係聽唔到,可能我真係有機會聽漏咗呢。所以話都唔明點解做到咁躁底。忙還忙,

雞係好食嘅,只不過其實有冇必要個客都冇同你算帳或者話你,都仲要死撐呢?
其實有時有啲嘢唔使講到咁死嘅,我都唔會100%肯定係聽唔到,可能我真係有機會聽漏咗呢。所以話都唔明點解做到咁躁底。忙還忙,但都唔使鬧客。唔知點解啲員工做得咁躁底?請唔夠人定係員工福利唔夠好定點?
俾個小小建議,見生意咁好,應該都賺唔少。可以考慮整返個外賣叫號系統,到時個mon show晒出嚟唔使拗,又方便啲客,啲員工又唔使做得咁辛苦。
