To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實已經唔只食過一次...之前幾次食已經覺得好正、好好食。而家每次行過門口，聞到佢噴出嚟嗰陣酸辣湯底嘅味道已經有衝動入去食，真係好誇張，可以話已經上咗癮。最正嘅除咗佢哋個湯底之外，我就最欣賞佢哋啲米線唔會淥得太淋、仲好有口感....做出咗意大利粉最出色嘅al dante。我最鍾意撿腩肉做配料....豬肉清新得嚟...一路嘲一路會滲豬肉本身嘅原味出嚟。真係唔知點形容咁好食呀!!!!!
