同屋企人食團年飯,咁啱留意到大圍小館喺元朗開分店,即刻book位!💛 佢嘅安排有啲特別,晚市分上下兩場,分別18:00同20:15,兩場中間會完全清場,再執好晒枱先一次過同一時間入人,但咁全場會同一時間開茶、點菜同出菜,感覺人手根本應付唔到🙊 不過我哋團年飯都係為咗開心聚下,坐住傾住計等都ok嘅~同埋最後經理都有過嚟講,因為分店開業無耐,可能會安排不周,感覺都幾有交帶👍🏻整體嚟講啲嘢食都唔錯,家中長輩都覺得好啱食,價錢就略貴,不過因為我哋一枱13大2小,埋單4000幾蚊嚟講,都好過去傳統酒樓叫2個細嘅套餐抵食同好食好多!😋 同埋最後仲送一人一碗腐竹白果糖水,好清甜幾好食~•🥢 勾魂叉 $188 (5件)叫咗3份,上枱時侍應會搽返啲鳳梨醬喺叉燒表面,然後即場再用火槍燒一燒,令到叉燒有少少燶邊,焦香味更加出🤤呢到嘅叉燒係用靚梅頭肉整,每件都超厚切,一件嘅份量已經多過茶餐廳食一碗叉燒通粉啲叉燒🤣 食落啖啖肉,但肉質鬆化、唔痴牙,油香味重得嚟食落又落會覺得好肥膩👍🏼 不過真係一人一件就夠晒😛•🥢 大圍小豬 $598 (半隻)因為想試多啲唔同嘅餸,所以就淨係叫咗半隻乳豬,份量就每人一件有多~豬

因為想試多啲唔同嘅餸,所以就淨係叫咗半隻乳豬,份量就每人一件有多~豬皮燒到脆卜卜,唔會太多脂肪,但肉嘅部份都唔算好厚,不過都算入味,整體都幾出色👍🏼

雖然係蒸飯,但都幾乾身,啲飯都粒粒分明👍🏼 飯上面仲加咗好多白飯魚乾同埋蝦乾一齊蒸,所以成個飯都好香🤤 飯份量多,不過味道就淡咗少少🤔

其實食落就用普通炸鮮奶差唔多,不過佢就多咗個白兔糖味嘅醬,味道都幾甜幾膩🫢 仲配咗幾粒白兔糖做裝飾,小朋友見到好開心😆
