今晚一行三人唱完歌吃晚飯,早兩天已經打電話訂枱,晚上只有6點和8點兩輪枱,剛好我們5點半便唱完歌,大家都懷着期待的心情來到餐廳,看見差不多每枱都有點义燒,我們也要了一碟,餐廳的中央有個大屏幕,剛巧正在推介醃鵝的方法,我們便點了個例牌脆皮黑鬃鵝一試,朋友點了砂窩蝦頭膏炒飯,還有蝦醬啫啫生菜煲。坐下很快便端上义燒,义燒是燒得焦黑的,肉質不夠嫰滑而且偏肥,接著端上脆皮黑鬃鵝,比义燒更惡劣,肉質又嚡又實,吃不出味道,接著來的砂窩蝦頭膏炒飯更是敗筆之作,朋友以為送錯了飯給我們,便向侍應查詢,因為在砂窩裏面完全找不到蝦頭膏,更加吃不到蝦頭膏的味道,淨係有些淡而無味的蝦仁在飯裏面,仲要索價$228,其實同蝦仁加蔥炒飯冇分別,最後來的蝦醬啫啫生菜煲比較正常,不過我哋異口同聲都說份量太少,以$138的價錢,其實可以放多兩棵生菜。吃完飯剛好7點,全程我哋都係透明的,沒有人幫我哋清理枱上的空碟子,唯一關注我哋就係問我哋啲餸菜到齊未,然後就急不及待遞上單據埋單,真係食到一肚氣,結帳埋單共$900,以呢個價錢,這樣的服務,我哋唔會再來光顧了。

一行十多人慶祝生日,服務體驗非常差!!!食物正常,乳豬好吃,但服務太差不會再幫襯,服務員態度惡劣!上漏菜耽誤了整餐飯的時間,然後又不停催促交檯,一幫人影相拍照時服務員完全不理狀況,突然插入中間上糖水??然後有問題時服務員未了解清楚狀況,就胡亂答客,其實佢唔知問一問其他同事又有幾難??諗住開開心心喺度慶祝家人生日,點知食完出嚟一肚氣,食得一啲都唔盡興,完全享受不到應有的食客體驗,貼錢買難受,不推介!!!

入門口個接待態度傲慢、似乎唔憂做嘅模樣,只顧在枱擺位,冇理我。我做咗一陣透明人,終於理我喇、叫我等,話安排合適嘅枱,當時只有我(2人)一張號在等候安排入坐,又再等咗好一段時間,最後原來只得貼住入口個張大枱可坐,個接待仲話全部都係大枱冇細枱安排到,天口咁熱最後冇選擇坐低,離開後係街外玻璃窗回望入去店內較入方向的位置,有枱喎……仲係細枱𠻹!都好,不吃也罷!!

諗住食平靚正小菜又可以慢慢吹水任坐既話,大圍小館就未必岩你。食普遍常見既小菜亦會比大排檔既貴,味道方便都可能只係正常或中上水平。所以建議食大圍小館最好叫要預訂既懷舊菜同埋佢地自己特別既菜式,例如叉燒,咁你就唔會期望有太大落差。

大圍小館首間分店揀左大老遠既元朗,係美食雲集既元朗,究竟可唔可以係元朗站穩陣腳,重現本店既風彩呢,今晚就來一探究竟。門面一面大牌匾,大圍小館四隻金漆大字,配上一串串紅色燈籠,有如本店般的裝潢,古典之餘又不失現代感,分店座位不多,一定要預先訂枱。今晚一行十二人剛好一圍,睇過餐牌就開始點菜,前菜先來個煙燻鵝肉卷,擺盤精巧,入口一股煙燻味夾雜淡淡鵝香。沙薑豬手仔外皮Q彈,切得小巧,剛好一口一件。來到大圍小館必點第一叉,叉燒上枱後待應會塗上新鮮菠蘿醬,然後用火槍燒到表皮焦香,入口肉嫩味濃,不過真係太大舊,食得幾用力。再來一整隻琵琶鵝,斬件前原隻上枱,睇到外皮燒到啱啱好,食落鵝皮脆口,肉嫩有油香。之後再來小菜兩碟,分別係椒鹽鮮魷,炸皮脆薄,鮮魷肉質彈牙,相當新鮮。另一道蜜薯和牛柳煮到半熟,入口軟淋肉味濃。椒鹽九肚魚上枱後有驚喜,每條九肚魚以竹簽串起再炸,食落粉簿酥脆,觀感味道都上佳。食飯當然唔少得食菜,馬拉盞蝦乾肉末生啫芥蘭煲上枱熱辣辣,芥蘭每條都好嫩口,用料有質素。最後以蝦籽豉油王炒麵作結,炒麵炒得乾身有鍋氣,沾上蝦籽食別有一番風味。整頓飯可以體驗到每道菜都用料上盛,對得住個價位,不過調味偏濃
