今日放工嚟咗旺角呢間和牛見稱嘅阿久根和牛拉麵屋。總共試咗兩款湯底,分別係黑蒜油同海蝦湯,食落各有特色。☄️黑蒜濃湯慢煮A4和牛叉燒拉麵($158)黑蒜味道啱啱好,唔會太濃搶晒其他食材嘅味,亦唔會太淡。A4和牛嘅油脂分布得好好,咬落去越嚼越有味。麵質算係掛湯,不過有一點美中不足,就係麵冇硬度選擇,對於喜歡口感偏硬嘅食客可能會有啲失望。☄️香濃海老湯慢煮A4和牛叉燒拉麵(158)湯底蝦味濃郁,口味偏重,非常適合喜歡重口味嘅朋友。流心蛋加上鮮甜嘅湯底非常邪惡,食落滿足感十足。☄️雞軟骨餃子($48/4件)餃子偏長似鍋貼,皮比較薄身,裡面包住粒粒雞軟骨,口感非常好。不過建議盡快食用,否則焦香嘅表皮會變腍,影響口感。總體而言,呢兩款湯底各有千秋,無論係黑蒜油定係濃郁嘅海蝦湯,都值得一試!舖頭位置唔算多,平日夜晚6點半去到都坐得七七八八。要食嘅朋友要早少少嚟啦。
