To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟咗YouTuber馬先生嘅介紹，黎試咗幾款菜。有梅子芋頭鴨，錦鹵雲吞，枝竹豆腐火腩鱔煲，芝麻雞。好食嘅有鱔煲，正常嘅煲仔菜都有少少嘢未，所以如果難食嘅就執得。錦鹵雲吞，我覺得正正常常，汁唔算太酸，正常生炒骨嗰啲汁，雲吞入邊得隻蝦，其實冇乜驚喜。佢哋嘅金牌芝麻雞，我就真係唔覺得有咩好食，芝麻冇煎香，隻雞又冇咩雞味，完全被芝麻味冚咗。最慘係梅子芋頭鴨，個梅子汁其實冇乜梅子味，只係少少酸有啲似生炒骨汁，成隻鴨啲味俾個汁蓋過晒，芋頭又唔係好入味。結果主菜雞同鴨都唔理想。可能各花入各眼，不過我覺得有好多舊排檔都好食啲。
