To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期經過Megabox見到這間餐廳的裝修充滿東南亞特色便決定一試，發現這家餐廳的叻沙實在是太棒了！我覺得他們的叻沙無疑是很適合香港人的口味。麵條Q彈有勁,湯頭濃郁香醇,完美融合了各種香料,令人一吃上癮。每一口都令人回味無窮,讓我流連忘返。除了美味的菜品,這家餐廳的員工服務態度也是我最欣賞的地方。他們熱情友善,主動關心客人的需求,提供貼心周到的服務。當我問他們拿辣椒時，他們馬上拿給我，絕無托手踭！非常親切，令我覺得賓至如歸。
