放工約咗朋友食晚飯嚟到厚福街呢條咁多黃店嘅街到朋友揀咗呢間食拉麵嘅麵處一家對於有選擇困難嘅朋友仔嚟講,呢間舖只得三款麵揀(嚴格嚟講係得兩個),分別在於係揀火炙豬腩南定慢煮豬肩肉,又或者嗌曬兩種肉嘅料理長。朋友就嗌咗兩款肉嘅拉麵,而我就嗌咗個火炙豬腩南的再加一隻溏心蛋。先講湯底,佢喺用豚骨魚介醬油整嘅,比較咸但好有魚同豬嘅鮮味,到最後成個湯飲曬而入面有嘅料都係兩塊肉,有荀,有紫菜碎同蔥,另外加咗隻溏心蛋,好好食,流心嘅蛋黃凍凍哋 配埋拉麵嘅湯簡直一流。佢啲火炙豬腩肉完全唔油膩,超好咬口 又唔會有陣特別豬嘅騷味。可惜個麵有啲少,大食嘅朋友可以考慮加麵底。個人建議嗌曬兩款肉嘅拉麵再加隻溏心蛋就最好不過。
