To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友經過上環，見到勇記海南雞剛開門，便入去吃午飯。我點了招牌海南雞油飯，配椰子雞湯。雞湯非常香濃好味，椰子爽脆，飲完唔會口乾。海南雞雞皮非常彈牙，雞肉嫩口，加上醬料味道一流。海南雞油飯加椰子雞湯只是66蚊，價錢合理。我地食完之後，出面已經開始有人排隊。如果唔想等位，大家可以12點前去食。
