To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

.📍 初見 Shoken📍#饅頭去荃灣 #饅頭食日本菜------------------------------1️⃣板燒雪花牛肉配日式味素飯 ($98)牛市套餐價錢真係抵好多😍，而且材料都頗豐富，餸包括雜菇、南瓜同雪花牛肉片，仲有飯同嘢飲，可以邊食邊享燒嘢嘅樂趣🙈。菇同南瓜只要唔好過期同燒未熟就自然好食，所以今次主要講吓牛肉，牛肉肥瘦比例係3：7，唔會片到好薄，起碼有嚼口feel到自己係食緊肉，不過肉質唔就唔算嫩滑，牛肉同牛脂味都唔夠濃同香口，需要自己額外調味；另外我覺得煲得少淋，不過配上飯素味道都唔會伏。嘢飲建議嗌杯玄米茶解下膩。◾評分：6.8/10------------------------------2️⃣炸和風甘栗紫薯餅 ($28)呢個反而好有驚喜！紫薯餅嘅吉列皮又薄又鬆脆，唔會淋油；紫薯蓉綿密😋，甜度自然，又香又滑，仲有香口嘅栗子粒，非常值得一試😉！◾評分：7.8/10------------------------------🔸整體評分：7.3/10🔸小編回頭率：6.8/10
