To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺石塘咀呢間屹立咗好多年嘅傳統食麵嘅舖頭，我得閒會特登過嚟食吓嘅！呢度附近以前其實仲有一兩間麵舖，但係都已經冇做，依家剩返佢哋！其實佢哋不時都有啲新嘅嘢出㗎，好似今次又有涼瓜豬肉丸，之前又會有胡椒豬肚丸，呢啲咁特別嘅產品呢，其他嘅麵舖係食唔到㗎。不過呢我就鍾意食返啲傳統雲吞，同埋水餃。呢度啲水餃雖然唔算好大粒，但係味道都好正。而我仲點咗墨魚鬚頭麵，啲墨魚鬚呢好爽勁。我重點咗一個鹹肉糭，整得好好食㗎，唔算好肥。
