香港小食店一向係香港人嘅至愛,間中總會想篤返串燒賣魚蛋食,得知有間小店好用心做好呢啲小食,有朋友特別推薦法式陶瓷盤裝秘製瑤柱蘿蔔糕,我就決定買返份返屋企試下店主好用心用冰袋包好,就算天氣熱d都唔擔心食物變質,一拎出嚟見到用瓷盤裝嘅蘿蔔糕,比起膠製嘅環保,瓷盤又可以重用,之後可以再整其他嘢食蘿蔔糕面見到滿滿嘅瑤柱、蝦乾、臘味等材料。之後就要考驗我煎蘿蔔糕嘅功力啦。建議唔好切太薄,先燒熱煎鍋,再加油,等油熱左先放蘿蔔糕,每邊用中小火煎大約3分鐘,希望可以每邊都煎到金黃色,煎完就外脆外軟,蘿蔔好滑,可以按個人喜好搭配唔同嘅醬汁,個人喜歡搭配胡椒粉,更能帶出蘿蔔糕嘅香味今次食左蘿蔔糕,下次要再試下其他嘢食😋
