心血來潮,間唔中食下全豬宴都唔錯。上次經過,今次決定同友人入去試下!餐廳主打食豬,門口招牌都有隻豬仔起度。一坐底,店員就遞上水同一碟前菜-小凍蕃茄。仲以為餐廳咁大方,到最後埋單先知要收錢的哈哈肥妹仔本身都算食得咸,不過唔知係咪當日師傅太重手,部分食物過咸但撇除嘢食過咸,其實係唔錯,值得一試的。<煙燻豬腩>充滿油香,煎得火喉剛好,亦可配芥末醬或滴青檸汁同吃,減低油膩感。若然師傅落少啲鹽會更出色!<白金豚肉林檎紅薑卷> 是肥妹仔推介的,豚肉包著爽甜的蘋果,口感特別。類似沙律醬汁鋪面,微酸帶薑味,是必點菜式!<豬耳芝士串> 豬耳爽脆份量多,鋪面的是芝士肉醬,其實就像西餐的芝士肉醬意粉,不過把意粉改成豬耳,配搭幾新穎。喜歡試新嘢嘅朋友必點<豬肉蠔卷> 豬肉包著超!級!肥美的蠔同燒,沒有腥味,沒有過咸,中意食蠔嘅朋友不可錯過<白金豚肉蒜芯卷> 好咸,但說實話,蒜同豚肉其實幾夾,非常香口的。不過蒜本身已濃味,再加上調味的鹽過量,即使配菜同吃亦似食了半樽鹽落肚<味噌煮豬軟骨> 相對來說就失色了,份量寫明件

肥妹仔本身都算食得咸,不過唔知係咪當日
師傅太重手,部分食物過咸
但撇除嘢食過咸,其實係唔錯,值得一試的。

總結

雖然餐廳比較出名豬內臟,但當日點的食物都係有水準,出面比較少有的。中意豬的朋友可以一試!可惜當日想點的豬喉軟骨串、味噌牛筋都賣哂。
