To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太熟呢個商場，所以都搵咗一陣，我撐艇位置唔係好大，但係一坐低就發現餐牌有勁多選擇，又有台式，又有新加坡式，又有泰式，真係花多眼亂，仲要所有嘢啲價錢都唔好親民，主食仲會包埋一杯飲品，可以揀豆漿、羅漢果茶、菊花物，或者半價轉特飲。今次想試吓台式野，所以叫咗個鹽酥雞拼盤，份量好大，有齊鹽酥雞、台灣腸、蝦卷同花枝丸，炸得好酥脆，就算放涼左，都唔會油淋淋之後主食要咗碗滷雞翼肉燥米粉，肉燥汁撈埋啲米粉好惹味，勁快就清咗一碗，雞翼都滷得好入味飲品要咗熱羅漢果茶，而甜品就叫咗個良「緣份」，呢個名真係勁台式，好好聽入面有齊涼粉、芋圓、烤地瓜，仲要係花奶底，勁正！芋圓口感好QQ，好中意！
