To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依家先發現原來香港係有德國菜而且依排德國啤酒節,所以推出咗好多傳統特色德國菜,有Oktoberfest限定menu我特別鍾意佢嘅傳統德國麵包配啤酒芝士醬,細細嘅麵包仔好軟熟,再加埋佢嘅芝士醬鹹鹹地好開胃,令人食完一個又一個。而德國圖林根豬肉腸配焦糖蘋果及酸椰菜都好好食,焦糖蘋果甜甜地好好食,而且煮熟咗之後比較軟熟,而佢嘅豬肉腸非常之Juicy。而且佢哋仲推出咗Beer Pass 啤酒通行証, 一個價錢就可以瘋狂飲啤酒真係好爽。
