To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本係諗住試吓佢附近一間fusion菜嘅餐廳-Daap, 但係去到先知原來只可以預訂冇得walk in, 於是朋友仔就話不如試吓呢間越南餐廳 - Little Hanoi。見佢$76一個lunch set, 而且見到一個疑似係越南🇻🇳人嘅老闆娘，覺得應該幾正宗，一於試吓佢，點知真係幾唔錯，我哋兩個人叫着生牛肉河粉，燒雞撈檬，配兩份小食 - 牛油蒜香雞翼同埋越式炸春卷，連凍檸茶。生牛肉正常發揮啦，出色嘅係燒雞同兩份小食，燒雞調味恰到好處唔會太厚，燒完入邊仲好Juicy，牛油雞翼大大隻，春卷好新鮮，冇乜油益味。原本仲怕唔夠食，最後食完飽到捧住個肚走😅。果然大病初遇，戰鬥力係爭啲。期待下次試吓其他嘢😊
