To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天,堂食試吓,覺得老闆娘好親切,我同朋友叫咗兩件午餐,兩份主食都一樣的,首先講下個前菜,我就要咗個牛油雞中翼(有兩隻)剛炸好的,朋友叫咗青木瓜沙律,味道都唔錯,跟住嚟個香茅豬扒湯檬粉,豬扒都係即叫即做,所以都幾好味,飲品大家都係叫越南檸檬茶,茶底同茶餐廳都有啲不一樣,幾好飲,最後食完就問老闆娘,因為有另一個朋友係素食姐,睇下有無啲咩啱佢食,老闆娘都介紹咗小食,飯,麵,包類都有素食,所以下次一定帶朋友過嚟試,最後我食完都無話平時去食越南咁口渴,應該無咩味精同糖,唔錯唔錯,一定會再來。

上次又揾同事食lunch,呢次就揀咗食越南野佢有個lunch set $78有小食,主食同飲品,咁小女子就揀咗牛油蒜香雞翼,河內綜合湯河(要加$10)同凍檸檬茶對雞翼炸到表面卜卜脆,個皮又薄,肉質多汁嫩滑,好香牛油蒜香味,食個時仲熱辣辣架估唔到個小食咁有驚喜今次就揀咗湯河,材料就有生牛肉,兩片扎肉,一粒肉丸同雞絲,份量唔算太多,不過生牛肉都唔韌,河粉質感順滑,唔會一舊舊,至於個湯又幾清甜,令到成個湯河都幾清爽凍檸檬茶就正常發揮呢間係lunchtime期間都唔洗等好耐,而且佢有兩層,上面坐位又靜d,想傾計耐d都得

下午茶時段行經永吉街想醫肚,放棄常吃的雲吞麵,改而試試對面的越南小店“Little Hanoi". 店舖不大但也整潔,第一次光顧所以點了下午茶餐牌$62 的「綜合湯粉」,問了侍應綜合是有齊生牛肉、牛丸、雞絲、扎肉等等,方便我一次試晒各種食物質素。飲品要了越南凍咖啡要加$12,所以整個下午茶餐便要$74。綜合湯粉送到,碗是很大的,湯也很多,但河粉和以上所述配料強差人意。牛丸只有一粒(size 很細)還要切開兩半,咬下去完全沒有肉味👎 雞絲和扎肉味道和食物份量正常。只有生牛肉質素不錯但只有幾片。湯底也是大路貨並沒有濃濃的牛骨味。反而要加$12的越南咖啡(凍)很可口👍總括而言,在上環小巷中的越南小店,下午茶要收到70多元吃這品質和份量,我不會再回頭了。

原本係諗住試吓佢附近一間fusion菜嘅餐廳-Daap, 但係去到先知原來只可以預訂冇得walk in, 於是朋友仔就話不如試吓呢間越南餐廳 - Little Hanoi。見佢$76一個lunch set, 而且見到一個疑似係越南🇻🇳人嘅老闆娘,覺得應該幾正宗,一於試吓佢,點知真係幾唔錯,我哋兩個人叫着生牛肉河粉,燒雞撈檬,配兩份小食 - 牛油蒜香雞翼同埋越式炸春卷,連凍檸茶。生牛肉正常發揮啦,出色嘅係燒雞同兩份小食,燒雞調味恰到好處唔會太厚,燒完入邊仲好Juicy,牛油雞翼大大隻,春卷好新鮮,冇乜油益味。原本仲怕唔夠食,最後食完飽到捧住個肚走😅。果然大病初遇,戰鬥力係爭啲。期待下次試吓其他嘢😊

嚟到這間店隨即就俾那股家鄉味道迷倒了🍜。今次點咗個中生牛肉河粉,湯底味道就好似屋企煲嘅雞湯咁暖胃,一啖清甜,好滋潤。河粉滑溜溜,中生牛肉薄片潤潤哋,浸吓湯出嚟啖啖都嫩滑過癮。開胃菜揀咗個青木瓜沙律,微辣微酸,啖啖開胃,真係食完仲想再食。擅自夾咗啖朋友啲牛油雞翼,外皮吱吱作響,宜家滿腦子都係嗰啖香噴噴嘅味道,抵贊!下回光顧,絕對係首選。啲河內魚餅,外脆內嫩,魚肉彈牙嘅口感夾雜咗越南香草嘅清香味,一啖咬落去,一股股香味喺口腔裏四散開來,正!呢間店嘅食物真係有陣陣屋企味,抵食得返,希望下次再嚟可以食到其他嘅好野!👍🍗🥗
