To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左舊同學聚一聚，大家都話想食片皮鴨，最後就決定揀左呢間位於尖沙咀K11入面既大都烤鴨喇。環境方面，座位闊落，坐得舒服，唔會話逼住逼住咁，所以呢餐飯都食得好舒適。服務態度方面，等位黎講都算快，因為都比較多人等，但我地都係大約半個鐘就入到去。服務員既態度非常好，上菜速度好快，見枱面唔夠位會幫我地執走晒食完既碟。食物方面，咁我地一行4人就叫左4人晚市套餐，食物既賣相都好靚，當然味道都唔差。值得一讚既係呢餐飯既主角片皮鴨。鴨皮脆薄，鴨肉都好嫩滑，食落又唔會好油膩，係必食既一道菜。唯一美中不足既係份量有啲少，大家都食唔夠喉。價錢方面，晚市黎講呢間餐廳既價錢合理，咁既價錢食到咁高質素既中菜就真係無得頂。
