情人節晚餐set menu頭盤seafood platter 有蠔,螺,蝦,同埋龍蝦。啲海鮮都幾新鮮。之後過場嘅溫泉蛋同埋蘆筍,心諗咁Hea,一pat蛋就當一個course。點知食落非常驚喜,原因係隻蛋同seasoning夾得天衣無縫,蘆筍都相當柔嫩。呢個主菜簡直係全晚嘅亮點,用 beef wellington 嘅方法,包住上層嘅鵝肝同埋下層嘅鵪鶉肉。中間嘅鵝肝同埋下面嘅鵪鶉肉食落又冇乜違和感,最好味係個酥皮,keep到夠脆。隔離隻鵪鶉髀肉質彈牙,煎得好香。仲有甜品,唔係好記得入面係乜,淨係記得有人即場落啲rum加火搞下氣氛。最後仲有兩杯non alcoholic cocktail 結尾。好飽,好味,好滿足。加左free flow +$200 pp, 有rose white red beer cocktail 可以揀。服務員好有禮貌,環境好舒適好乾淨。一定會再返嚟
